Hair dryer was not kept inside the room.

Location is perfect

It wasnt very clean. Carpets had dust. Slippers tore in 2 minutes. The hotel smelled very ordinary. Glass doors at entrance were not clean and had marks. Sofas were dirty.

They have only one staff at morning as per receptionist, my iron box was not working, called to receptionist 3 times , after 30 minutes I went down myself to reception, finally a staff came after around 40 minutes with a spare iron box ,,, also without a polite face

The front office staff are not helpful at all , I request many times the invoice of my stay , I request it more than 4 times & they are responding & they are neglecting my request.I will not stay at this hotel again

I loved my stay, the hotel over all has a very well equipped rooms with all the required facilities, the furniture also is very clean and the staff were accommodating and cooperative, overall great value for money and definitely recommend ?

Internet hanging a lot you need to upgrade the speed and add more access points to cover the load volume

The area is quite, inside hotel was pretty quiet and good, staff was professional.

The AC in the room wasn’t working properly, it was hot.

- Superfast check-in.- Clean, comfortable room.- Good welcome amenities.- AC is good.- Water temperature and pressure are OK (at the shower).- Nearby shopping mall and grocery store (walking distance).

- Bathroom amenities (shampoo, gel, ..etc) are opened bottles (refilled), and obviously reused every time (Yuukk). Every bottle I opened I found it leaking out.- Shower drainage is very slow and annoying.- Light switches are confusing.- Pillows are not so comfortable but OK.- Vent fan in bathroom not working.

More waiting time at reception at time of check in

Near Masjid and Panda for shopping, very good place near by like garden for walk.

The location, the rooms, the cleanliness, the staff were all amazing. I would recommend anyone to consider staying at this property

soundproofing in the hotel rooms was not good at all, there was clearly noticeable noise coming from other guests

Smoke detector is flashing all the time which make it not easy to sleep at night. I have already informed the hotel as it is so annoying. Everything else is perfect.

The staff was very helpful especially the bangladeshi man on the counter. Plus the security guard was very nice and helpful. The location was ideal and the hotel was amazing and very clean.

I had a lot of problems while my stay at parki by radiasson. First of all the bad quality of lift resulted in my kids and me being stuck for an hour, the lift incident was traumatic and the kids were locked up for so long. The staff tried their best and were very helpful. Second of all I went to the ladies pool during the assorted pool time and there was a male guest who entered the pool. It was not the security guards fault as he went to pray, but the cameras should have seen and stopped the male guest! We were all women and we all cover ourselves. There was only one person at check in time which took so long because there was a long line. I had very bad experience and the incident of the lift and pool was shocking.

In the reception area. No plug points for the latest model phone charger. All points are old model. Requested receptionist to provide an adaptor. But, didn't support. Bad experience. Didn't enjoy.
